We recommend having your TrueStart 30 minutes before training. 

The natural caffeine fully absorbs after 45 minutes, so this is ideal for a session up to 1 hour in length.

If you're doing a longer 1-2 hour session then it's a good idea to have your TrueStart just before you start, in the changing room or at home before you head out the door. That way you'll feel the boost kick in during training, when it's getting really tough!

For endurance sessions of 2 or more hours we'd recommend topping up every hour with a Hero bar or cold TrueStart Coffee on-the-go.
